MAGE Caring Hands LLC is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Resident Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day care and well-being of residents. The Resident Care Manager will coordinate resident services, supervise and support caregiving staff, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure that residents receive safe, respectful, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily care and services provided to residents.
- Develop positive and professional relationships with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor residents' health, safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
- Coordinate resident care plans and ensure services are delivered according to individual needs.
- Supervise, guide, and support direct-care staff and caregivers.
- Assist with staff scheduling, assignments, and coverage as needed.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and guidance.
- Ensure caregivers follow company policies, care procedures, and resident care plans.
- Communicate changes in residents' conditions or needs to the appropriate supervisor, healthcare provider, family member, or responsible party.
- Maintain accurate and timely resident records, care notes, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Monitor medication-related procedures in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns.
- Help coordinate medical appointments, transportation, and other resident services when needed.
- Conduct regular check-ins with residents to identify concerns and ensure satisfaction with services.
- Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.
- Promote a clean, safe, respectful, and comfortable residential environment.
- Assist with staff orientation and training as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations, licensing requirements, and MAGE Caring Hands LLC policies.
- Participate in quality-improvement activities and staff meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in residential care, assisted living, home care, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or emergency situations.

Physical Requirements

The schedule may include weekends, holidays, evenings, or on-call responsibilities depending on the needs of the facility and residents.
