Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate evaluation and research activities in close consultation with TSBM Manager. • Assist with and/or lead TSBM presentation and workshops. • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data. • Develop project-related reports, presentations, and other products. • Maintain databases and other project tracking tools. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in public health, social work, social sciences, public policy, or other related field and two years of relevant experience. • Or a Masters degree and no experience may substitute.
Preferred Qualifications
• Masters degree in public health, social work, social sciences, public policy, or other related field. • Experience performing literature search, summary, and synthesis. • Experience writing research/evaluation reports. • Experience with evaluation designs and methods. • Experience translating complex information into everyday language for mass audiences. • Experience with report design and developing graphics for effective communication of research/evaluation findings.
