Our Client, a Biopharmaceuticals company, is looking for a Research Associate - I for their California, CA location.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize automation assays to enable robust and efficient high-quality data generation for high-throughput cell-based assays
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems (e.g. liquid handlers like Bravo, Assist Plus, Mantis) and flow cytometry instrumentation
Perform daily QC, maintenance, and troubleshooting of flow cytometry instruments Perform aseptic cell culture of adherent & suspension cell lines
Conduct aseptic cell culture techniques for adherent and suspension cell lines
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver key project milestones
Manage laboratory and cell line inventory, equipment, and relevant software (Benchling, MS Office)
Present findings effectively in team meetings
Requirements:

Preferred Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of automated liquid handling systems
