The team operates in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where Analytical Development works closely with Quality Control and process-focused scientists to execute critical studies, strengthen analytical methods, and advance promising therapies toward the clinic.

    This is an especially hands-on opportunity within a growing team preparing for a significant period of laboratory study execution. The successful candidate will provide meaningful additional capacity while working closely with experienced scientists in a small, highly collaborative group.

    How You Will Make An Impact

    • Execute laboratory testing supporting upcoming analytical studies and development programs.
    • Develop and optimize HPLC and other separation-based analytical methods.
    • Independently perform routine laboratory techniques and analytical testing with limited day-to-day oversight after onboarding.
    • Support analytical characterization and method-development activities for complex therapeutic products.
    • Partner with Analytical Development, Quality Control, research, and process-focused scientists.
    • Perform data review and contribute to analytical protocols, study documentation, reports, and technical summaries.
    • Support method transfer and QC-facing analytical activities as needed.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation to ensure laboratory readiness.
    • Manage multiple laboratory priorities while supporting aggressive study timelines.

    Are you an experienced analytical development scientist ready to make an impact?

    • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, analytical chemistry, or another relevant scientific discipline with approximately 2–5 years of applicable experience, or a Master's degree with approximately 0–2 years of applicable experience.
    • Demonstrated recent hands-on laboratory experience is essential.
    • Strong practical experience with HPLC, ideally including method development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
    • Experience with separation-based analytical technologies; CE-SDS or comparable techniques are valuable.
    • Solid laboratory fundamentals, including accurate pipetting, sample preparation, analytical execution, and laboratory documentation.
    • Ability to become productive quickly without extensive basic laboratory training.
    • Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience is preferred, although candidates with especially strong academic analytical experience may be considered.
    • Experience with AAV, gene therapy, biologics, or other complex therapeutic products is beneficial but not required for consideration.
    • Experience with Chromeleon CDS and JMP is advantageous.
    • Strong organization, communication, scientific judgment, and collaborative working style.
    • Comfortable contributing as a hands-on individual contributor within a small, fast-paced laboratory team.
