Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour


Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Assistant to support an active clinical research team during a 15-week contract assignment. This position assists with the day-to-day coordination of clinical studies, participant interactions, data collection, and regulatory documentation while ensuring compliance with study protocols and research guidelines.


Responsibilities
  • Assist with participant recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Support the informed consent process and maintain participant records.
  • Collect, enter, and verify research data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and maintain study files and regulatory documentation.
  • Coordinate study visits and assist with clinical procedures as needed.
  • Process laboratory specimens and maintain study supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with investigators, research staff, sponsors, and participants.
  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and study closeout activities.

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a health science, biology, nursing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in clinical research or a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative research team.
