- This leadership role requires oversight and management for the Research Analyst team that is responsible for deep research and comprehensive analysis, tailored responses, for issues and escalations from the client, leadership, associations and providers.
- All research requests are tracked in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and a myriad of client systems, tools/resources, policy and program artifacts are used to resolve inquiries and generate written reports and recommendations.
Role and responsibilities: - Supervises the Research Analyst team and ensures completion of deep research analysis requests, escalations and policy/program recommendations, reports, and tailored correspondence as defined by the business and contract defined services and requirements.
- Assigns, structures, and supervises team deliverables to meet service and or project schedules.
- Analyzes research requests, escalations, MMIS needs and associated support functions; assists in identifying client requirements and provides appropriate documentation for system changes or propositions.
- Serves as a resource for client(s) and/or staff.
- Analyzes, responds, and resolves issues and assists in re-evaluating priorities.
- Evaluates current, internal processes and maintains currency with industry trends and forecasts.
- Recommends approved modifications and/or new processes to maintain competitiveness in the industry.
- Identifies additional product/services opportunities in client organization and follows up with business development team.
- Recommends and/or initiates the selection and hiring of employees.
- Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product.
- Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
- Makes recommendations for salary increases transfers and\ terminations to manager.
Requirements: - Bachelos degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum Six years of research/analysis and/or healthcare consulting experience.
- Minimum Three years of leadership experience.
- Experience working with business processes, and associated information technology applications.
- Experience working with application delivery, management structures and reporting procedures.
