• Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, reporting, and problem resolution.
• Works effectively both independently and as a collaborative team player, proactively identifying issues, supporting colleagues, and contributing to operational success.
• Possesses proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, utilize advanced features to analyze data, track performance metrics, and prepare reports and documentation.
• Maintains knowledge of Medi-Cal financial transactions and related business processes, enabling effective research, issue resolution, and customer support.
• Leverages technology solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CloudDocs (EDMS), to manage records, process transactions, and support efficient workflow management.
