Job Summary
Help modernize the legal function that serves Minnesota's Children, Youth, and Families! The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) General Counsel's Office (GCO) is hiring a Reporting & Visualization Specialist to build DCYFs reporting and analytics framework. In this role, you will create clear, reliable, and actionable insights by designing and delivering reporting solutions. You will lead the full lifecycle of development-from discovery and requirements gathering to data modeling, dashboard creation, deployment, and continuous improvement-using Microsoft 365, Power BI, and other no-code/low-code tools. Your work will significantly improve visibility, strengthen compliance, and support informed decision-making across the department.

Minimum Qualifications
To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month, day and year for each job held.
Two (2) years* of experience in designing, managing or improving reporting systems, workflows, or platforms using data visualization or no-code/low code development tools such as Power BI and Excel.
