Target Compensation: $70,000–$100,000, with an ideal target of $80,000–$95,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities for the Budgeting & Reporting Analyst:

• 
  
• Lead the annual budgeting process, partnering with department heads and leadership to develop detailed operating budgets.
• 
  
• Analyze budget-to-actual results, KPIs, dashboards, and financial trends while identifying and communicating key variances.
• 
  
• Partner with the Controller to provide analysis and inputs that support forecasting and financial reporting.
• 
  
• Build and maintain Excel-based budgeting models across multiple departments and operating locations.
• 
  
• Enhance dashboards and reporting capabilities, partnering with external Power BI resources as needed.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Budgeting & Reporting Analyst:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• 
  
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or FP&A experience.
• 
  
• Strong Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and financial modeling.
• 
  
• Nonprofit experience is preferred but not required; healthcare, manufacturing, or other cost accounting/reporting environments translate well. Power BI and Sage Intacct experience are pluses.
