Work Environment

The role is based in a dedicated repair facility located at ORD that supports cold chain shipping solutions for airlines, freight forwarders, and life sciences organizations. The environment is a clean warehouse setting that, while not temperature-controlled, generally remains relatively cool. Work is performed on a first shift schedule, typically from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with an expected workload of approximately 4050 hours per week. Candidates should be open to occasional early start times, late finishes, and potential weekend work to meet operational needs.
