Become a volunteer tutor, mentor, and role model to support students in Chicago. Although recruitment for 2025-2026 has ended, applications for 2026-2027 open in early May, with summer orientations and programs beginning in September. Currently, volunteers are needed for the 2026-27 year, providing both in-person and digital tutoring from late September to late May. Tutors work one-on-one with students in grades 1-12 weekly, focusing on academics, mentorship, social-emotional learning, and accountability. No prior experience is required; training and orientation are provided. All tutoring sessions are online via Zoom on Monday-Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30PM CST. The role aims to inspire, empower, and positively impact students’ lives, fostering brighter futures through supportive, inclusive relationships and high-quality educational resources.
Our mission is to deliver education through one-to-one tutoring, creating equitable opportunities for all children regardless of background.
