Remote Truck Driver Recruiter | Independent Contractor

DriveLine Recruit helps connect CDL truck drivers with real carrier opportunities through a recruiting platform built for transparency, communication, and driver retention.

We are looking for motivated independent recruiters who want to work remotely, speak with CDL drivers, and help match qualified drivers with available trucking opportunities.

This is a remote, commission-based independent contractor opportunity. It is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable speaking with people by phone, and interested in recruiting, transportation, sales, or driver placement.

Position Overview

As a Remote Truck Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for communicating with CDL drivers, reviewing basic qualifications, discussing available driving opportunities, and helping drivers move through the application process.

Recruiters are expected to be honest, professional, responsive, and driver-focused. Our goal is to help drivers understand the opportunities available to them so they can make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with CDL drivers by phone, text, and email
• Review driver qualifications based on available carrier requirements
• Discuss available driving opportunities with interested drivers
• Help drivers complete the application process
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the recruiting platform
• Follow company communication and submission procedures
• Attend available training or support meetings as needed
• Represent DriveLine Recruit professionally and honestly

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
• Reliable internet access and phone access
• Ability to work independently from home
• Organized and able to track driver conversations and follow-ups
• Professional, honest, and respectful communication style
• Trucking, recruiting, sales, dispatch, or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Recruiters are paid when eligible driver placements are completed according to DriveLine Recruit's current commission structure.

There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary for this role.

Schedule

Flexible schedule. Recruiters may set their own working hours, but consistent follow-up and communication with drivers is important for success.

Training and Support

DriveLine Recruit provides access to recruiter training, platform tools, job information, and support resources to help recruiters understand the process and begin working with drivers.
