Position Summary
LRS Travel is seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals to join our growing team as Remote Travel Experience Specialists. You'll be the trusted guide helping clients plan unforgettable vacations, cruises, and travel experiences. Working remotely, you'll coordinate reservations, research destinations, and provide personalized travel recommendations across multiple platforms and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences tailored to client preferences.
• Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details with travel suppliers.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with timely, professional service.
• Maintain accurate travel records and documentation while ensuring data integrity.
• Review reservation information for accuracy and completeness before final confirmation.
• Provide pre- and post-travel support, answering questions and resolving travel-related concerns.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and customer service standards consistently.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
• Proven organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with computers, web-based applications, email, and CRM systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in your country of residence.
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
