Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist - Amarillo, TX

This is not a trucking or logistics position. American Trucking Solutions is a corporate desk and office support partner. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional in the Amarillo area to handle our remote hiring workflow from a home office setting. This role is 100% phone-based, focused on screening and guiding candidates through a structured remote onboarding process. You will operate as an independent contractor (1099) and must hold or be willing to establish an LLC with an EIN. We provide step-by-step guidance on entity formation during your training period.

Compensation Structure

Your weekly income falls between $1,000 and $2,000 based on your screening volume and conversion rates. All payments are processed on a 1099 tax form. This is a performance-based position with no cap on earnings within that range.

Your Daily Workflow

• Conduct phone-based screening interviews with warm leads who have already submitted an application or expressed interest. There is absolutely no cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound prospecting.
• Update and maintain candidate records in our CRM, tracking each applicant from initial contact through final decision.
• Guide qualified candidates step-by-step through our remote onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Provide clear, professional feedback to the hiring team on candidate readiness and fit.

Tools You Must Provide

• A reliable computer (Windows or Mac) with a modern operating system.
• A smartphone with a stable data plan for secondary communications.
• High-speed internet connection with a wired backup option preferred.
• A functional home office environment free from background noise during screening calls.

Legal Entity Requirement

You must operate as a corporate entity. If you do not currently hold an LLC with an EIN, we will walk you through the filing process during your first week of training. This is a mandatory requirement for all independent contractors.
