Job Description

Lead commercial construction projects through all phases, from planning and procurement to completion and closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule expectations. Drive project planning, risk management, and problem-solving efforts to keep projects on track. Review and manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and reporting requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience serving as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for a commercial general contractor.
• Background managing commercial construction projects from inception through completion.
• Experience with QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) and/or civil construction projects.
• Ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Must reside within the Eastern Time Zone.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing high-volume, repeat-client construction programs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
