Position Overview

Jonathan Dodd's Farmers agency in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring a Remote Sales Representative who keeps score. This is a sales role built for someone who wants a number to hit, the training and coaching to hit it, and sales commission that is not capped when they do.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships through consultative conversations about coverage needs
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
• Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told
• Farmers agency experience a plus
• Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered
• Must be able to keep Colorado (Mountain Time) working hours
• Fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup
• A positive teammate who takes coaching well
