Remote Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Manager who wants to build a rewarding career in insurance sales while working from home and growing into a leadership role. No prior insurance experience is required; training, tools, and support are provided to help you succeed.

About the Role

In this role, you will guide prospective clients through their life and health insurance options, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the success of a collaborative sales team. As you develop your skills and product knowledge, you will have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and advance into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
• Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client's needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service.
• Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Track personal performance against sales goals and contribute to overall team success.
• Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to strengthen skills and product knowledge.
• Receive mentorship and support while growing within the company, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
• Prior experience in sales, leadership, or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace for client calls.
