Remote Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Manager serving clients in Detroit, Michigan, to lead client-facing sales efforts while building a long-term career path in leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
• Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service throughout the sales process.
• Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Track individual and team performance against sales goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and participate in ongoing training, role-playing sessions, and team meetings to strengthen sales skills and product knowledge.
• Mentor, coach, and support newer team members, contributing to team growth while progressing toward greater leadership responsibility.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently managing a flexible schedule.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with a consultative sales approach.
• Previous sales, leadership, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to obtain a Michigan Life and Health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided.
