Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (local time), plus occasional weekends. Training is Mon-Fri, 8

Description:
Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm local time zone

Training schedule – 5 weeks starting 11/09/2026, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CT


Call Center: They need a pharmacist license in their state of residence.

Direct to Work from Home (Fully remote)

The basic function of the pharmacist is
Review and complete criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure.

Duties    
This individual must have excellent interpersonal skills. Will be responsible for: Reviewing and completing criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure.

Experience    
Previous pharmacy experience in PBM or Prior Authorization. Appropriate state license required. Basic computer skills required. Strong organizational skill, interpersonal skills and detail orientation important for this position.

Position Summary

Education    
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D. required with at least two years experience as a pharmacist. Must have an active license in good standing.
