Remote Litigation Paralegal

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing litigation matters independently and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Coordinating case management, discovery, document review, trial preparation, and post-trial activities.
• Collaborating with attorneys, clients, litigation support staff, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel.
• Utilizing litigation technology, e-discovery platforms, and document management systems to improve efficiency and case outcomes.
• Leveraging AI-powered legal tools for drafting, summarizing, document analysis, workflow automation, and e-discovery review while complying with firm policies and ethical guidelines.
• Anticipating attorney and client needs and proactively handling complex case responsibilities.

Requirements and Expectations:

• Strong experience in litigation support and case management.
• Proficiency with e-discovery, legal technology, document review software, and AI-assisted legal workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical litigation deadlines.
