Introduction

We are seeking a strong, hands-on Technical Program Manager who can independently drive multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. You will help drive the execution of innovative Physical AI solutions that connect AI, software, and the physical world. Our teams are applying these technologies to real-world challenges—from reducing energy consumption in buildings to optimizing industrial processes and enabling more autonomous operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex engineering or software programs on time and within budget.
• Experience leading execution across multiple Agile/Scrum engineering teams.
• Strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML, Physical AI, industrial software, IoT, building automation, industrial automation, or connected products.
• Experience leading programs involving 6 Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to understand technical complexity and connect business objectives with technology execution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive execution of complex programs by coordinating across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive resolution of blockers.
• Communicate effectively across technical and business teams, providing concise executive-level status reporting.
