A bit about us:

We’re an established, privately owned general contractor in metro Atlanta with a long record across healthcare, education, hospitality, office and institutional work. Most of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals. That reputation comes from experienced teams, hands-on ownership and a service-first approach that puts the client’s interests first.

Why join us?

Engaged ownership: company principals stay involved on every project, so you get real support and quick decisions
Varied portfolio: healthcare, education, hospitality, office, data/technology and special projects
Team stability: a tenured core team that’s worked together for years
Growth: mentorship, and a path to Project Executive or leadership
Community-minded culture: a strong safety culture and real involvement in giving back
Competitive pay: strong base salary, performance bonus, vehicle/allowance and full benefits

Job Details

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial projects for repeat clients across healthcare, education, hospitality, office and institutional markets. Most of our work is negotiated, CM-at-Risk or design-build. You’ll be involved from preconstruction through closeout, and you’ll act as a trusted advisor to owners, not just a builder.

You’ll lead a mix of ground-up builds and complex multiphase renovations, many on occupied campuses. Ownership stays engaged on every job, so you’ll have real support and direct access to leadership.

What you’ll do:

Lead commercial projects from preconstruction and GMP development through construction and closeout
Be the main point of contact for owners, architects and engineers, and build relationships that lead to repeat work
Plan and run multiphase and occupied renovations at hospitals, schools, private clubs and other active facilities
Manage buyout, subcontracts, change orders, pay applications, and cost and profit reporting
Build and maintain project schedules and coordinate closely with superintendents in the field
Oversee permits, RFIs, submittals, BIM coordination and closeout documentation
Mentor project managers, APMs, project engineers and interns
Support a culture of safety, quality and service on every jobsite

What you bring:

10+ years of commercial construction experience, including at least 3–5 years as a Project Manager or Senior PM with a general contractor
Experience in healthcare, education, hospitality or institutional construction; occupied renovation experience strongly preferred
A track record with negotiated, CMAR and/or design-build delivery
Strong financial and contract management skills
Proficiency with Procore, P6 or MS Project, and standard construction software
A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field
OSHA 30 and LEED AP a plus
