WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct virtual sales consultations through phone and video.
- Connect with prospective customers, identify their needs, and present relevant insurance solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships and communicate the value of available products.
- Navigate objections, negotiate confidently, and guide prospects toward purchasing decisions.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales interactions using CRM and digital sales platforms.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups, pipeline activity, and daily sales performance.
- Participate in coaching sessions and implement feedback to continuously improve results.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for sales professionals who are confident communicators, natural relationship-builders, and motivated by achieving results.
You could be a great fit if you have:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly insurance, field sales, direct sales, B2C sales, or other target-driven environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- A demonstrated ability to handle objections and successfully close deals.
- Experience or familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, video conferencing, and digital sales tools.
- A proactive, resilient, and competitive mindset.
- The ability to work independently, manage your time, and stay accountable in a remote environment.
- A willingness to learn, receive coaching, and continuously improve.
- Required insurance licensing must be obtained before performing activities that require a license.
COMPENSATION & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote.
- Compensation: Commission-based, with no base salary or guaranteed hourly pay.
- Earning Potential: Uncapped commissions plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
