We are seeking 5 Contract Litigation Attorneys to support a major insurance defense project for a large insurance carrier in a construction defect matter.
This role is ideal for attorneys looking for a temporary, fully remote opportunity, including those seeking project-based work between assignments or while exploring long-term opportunities.
Position Details
Start Date: Mid-July
Duration: 4-6 months
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Fully Remote
Preferred Time Zone: Pacific Time
Pay Rate: $45 hour

Responsibilities
Participate in and manage homeowner depositions related to a construction defect case
Support ongoing litigation efforts on behalf of a major insurance carrier (AIG)
Review case materials and deposition-related documents
Collaborate remotely with litigation teams throughout the project
Handle a high-volume deposition schedule as part of a large-scale litigation initiative
Required Qualifications
Active California Bar admission
1-3 years of civil litigation experience
Prior deposition experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload in a remote environment
