Remote Customer Service Representative

Full-Time Work-From-Home Opportunity!
We are seeking Client Services Representatives to provide exceptional support by responding to customer calls and emails.

Candidates MUST have prior customer service experience and strong employment tenure.

Position Details:

• Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Pay: $17.00/hour (paid weekly) $17.50 if bilingual English/Spanish
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: Garland, Texas
• This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside in the DFW area and be available to attend on-site training on the first day.

Our Customer Support department is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our buyers and sellers by providing efficient, clear, and timely resolutions to inquiries via phone and email. Representatives are expected to be knowledgeable of policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations, while maintaining a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
