We're hiring a senior‑level Account Executive to help scale revenue for a fast‑growing technology platform serving large construction and infrastructure organizations.
This role is ideal for a proven hunter who thrives in complex B2B sales, builds pipeline proactively, and can plan, land, and expand strategic accounts.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Build and manage a strong pipeline across mid‑market and enterprise accounts
Sell a SaaS‑led solution (paired with hardware) into large, multi‑stakeholder organizations
Run multi‑threaded deals and navigate long, consultative sales cycles
Partner with outsourced BDR support and capitalize on inbound and outbound leads
What We're Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling SaaS into construction, infrastructure, or adjacent verticals
Strong examples of self‑generated pipeline and consistent quota attainment
Experience working $80K-$200K deal sizes
Comfort selling into senior stakeholders at large, complex organizations
Self‑starter mentality with strong deal strategy and account planning skills
Must be based in California
