We are seeking a Design Consultant to join our growing team. This role works directly with homeowners to guide project design decisions, develop project proposals, and help bring remodeling ideas to life. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Meet with homeowners to understand project goals and requirements 
  • Develop project concepts and preliminary design ideas 
  • Assist clients with selecting siding, windows, and exterior materials 
  • Prepare project estimates and proposals 
  • Coordinate project details with the project management team 
  • Order materials and ensure project specifications are met 
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process 
  • Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and products 

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in remodeling sales, home improvement sales, or design consulting
  • Strong relationship-building and referral development skills 
  • Customer service and sales experience 
  • Ability to guide homeowners through design decisions 
  • Strong attention to detail and project organization 
  • Professional communication and presentation skills 
  • 1+ year of related experience in remodeling, construction sales, or design consulting
  • Strong visual design sense and attention to aesthetics 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Basic understanding of residential building codes
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace) 

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience
