    Relief Cook – Full-Time | Healthcare Facility

    We are hiring a Relief Cook to join our dietary team at our Clifton campus; 2120 Payne Street.

    WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
    As the relief cook part-time you are responsible for preparing and serving the meals and prepping work for the following day.  You will also part-time responsible for providing food service to residents, guest and employees and for providing assistance in all dietary functions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and production sheets.
    • Complete food prep and maintain meal service schedules.
    • Take and record food temperatures.
    • Serve meals according to resident diet plans.
    • Stock unit kitchenettes and assist with dishwashing.
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and service areas.
    • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
     
    QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • Two to three years of experience in cooking in a long-term health care setting
    • Food Handlers Certificate
    • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification, preferred
