About the Role:
As a Reliability Engineer, you will serve as the strategic architect of asset performance at our Curtis Bay facility. This role goes beyond simple maintenance; you will be the primary driver of continuous improvement, utilizing data-driven methodologies to eliminate equipment failures and optimize lifecycle costs. By conducting deep-dive Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and developing proactive asset care plans, you will transform "bad actor" equipment into reliable assets, ensuring the long-term stability and safety of our chemical manufacturing operations.

Here's a glimpse into your day to day:
Conducts Critical Equipment Analysis
Conducts Equipment Criticality Assessments
Manages critical equipment lists
Creates asset care plans for critical assets
Tracks and analyzes reliability data on critical equipment
Analyze bad actors and develop improvement plans through data driven methodologies
Develop Maintenance Strategies by equipment types
Supports and facilitates RCA's
Updates Engineering Drawings and Documents to reflect field conditions
Supports area Maintenance Engineer
Identifies and scope's maintenance/reliability improvement projects
Assists with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs
Participates in Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs) including PSSRs, and Management of Change (MOCs)
You'll be a perfect fit if you have:
5+ Years of relevant experience
BS in Engineering discipline (Mechanical Engineer highly preferred)
Industrial manufacturing experience in processes such as Chemical, Paper, Metals, Refinery, Pharmaceutical
Experience in CMMS maintenance system (SAP a plus)
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: $100,000-135,000 annually (depending on shift)
Eligible for overtime pay
Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable)
