    The Opportunity

Due to rapid practice growth, an established multi-family office firm is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor / Client Relationship Associate to support a senior wealth practice. Designed as an intentional apprenticeship into high-net-worth wealth advising, this role allows you to work directly alongside a seasoned senior advisor with decades of industry experience to manage complex family relationships and progressively transition into a lead advisor role over time.
      About the Company
Operating as a holistic multi-family office, the firm delivers customized financial management solutions for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. While investment management and financial planning form the foundation, the firm distinguishes itself through high-touch estate coordination, private bank/lending oversight, entity structuring, and aggregated performance reporting.
      Location
Greater Houston Metropolitan Area, TX. This role features a collaborative in-person office environment with local client meetings and remote flexibility when appropriate.
      What You Will Do
    • Serve as a primary daily point of contact for private wealth clients, delivering responsive, high-touch support.
    • Coordinate prep work and drive execution for client strategy meetings.
    • Collaborate with external client partners—including CPAs, trust officers, attorneys, and bankers—on comprehensive tax, estate, and business decisions.
    • Facilitate administrative onboarding, partnership documentation, and complex account maintenance across trusts and holding companies.
    • Assist with credit, cash flow execution, and treasury management across client balance sheets.
    • Help prepare customized client deliverables, consolidated net-worth statements, and performance summaries.
    • Oversee action-item tracking and operational compliance across the practice.
      Who You Are
    • 2 to 5+ years of experience in private wealth management, RIA support, or financial planning.
    • Strong baseline knowledge of modern portfolio structures, market dynamics, and complex account setups.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and financial reporting software.
    • Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced setting.
    • Series 7 and/or Series 66 preferred (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
    • Highly detailed, analytical, and comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high discretion handling sensitive financial information.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who possesses a strong professional presence and is comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals. You are financially savvy, highly analytical, and possess a client-first mindset with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You demonstrate high integrity, discretion in handling sensitive data, and a desire to transition from behind-the-scenes support into client-facing advisory work.

    Education & Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required.
    Flexibility & Work-Life Integration
    • Work Structure: Onsite office environment paired with regional client meetings and occasional remote options.
    • Schedule: Full-time schedule focused on client availability during market and business hours, paired with standard workplace flexibility.
    • Environment: Relationship-focused firm emphasizing long-term career growth, mentorship, and structured progression.

    Why Join the Team?

This position offers a clear path toward becoming a lead wealth advisor without the immediate pressure of cold prospecting or building a book of business from scratch. You will receive direct mentorship, gain deep exposure to multi-generational family office solutions, and have structured avenues to assume full ownership of client relationships over time.
