Job Duties:- Evaluate patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech and language therapy sessions
- Help improve communication, pronunciation, and comprehension
- Treat swallowing and feeding difficulties
- Teach alternative communication methods (e.g., devices, gestures)
- Educate patients and families
- Document patient progress and update records
- Collaborate with healthcare or school teams
- Adjust therapy plans based on patient needs
Minimum Qualifications
Current, valid, and unrestricted NY license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
