Regulatory External Data Services - External Reporting Senior Associate

You will guide product direction and day-to-day delivery for regulatory data and external reporting services, partnering closely with business owners, data owners, and cross-functional teams. As a Senior Associate in Regulatory External Data Services, you ensure our external data filings are accurate, complete, and timely-and you help us strengthen the controls and transparency that support them. You will guide product direction and day-to-day delivery for regulatory data and external reporting services, partnering closely with business owners, data owners, and cross-functional teams. You will help us document and follow clear data governance, change control, and delivery practices so we can meet regulatory, financial, external, and legal obligations. Job Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory data and external reporting services across the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and align delivery to business goals
• Lead process optimization and cost efficiency initiatives for the product
• Manage the product backlog and coordinate timely delivery of product and reporting requirements
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights, reports, and recommendations
• Partner with Controls, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Business Owners to clarify data requirements and strengthen data quality
• Serve as a reporting and data subject matter expert for banking operations, such as mortgage lending, credit cards, auto, and small business products

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, reporting, data analytics, or a similar role
• Proficiency in data solutions and technology tools such as SQL, Python, and Amazon Web Services
• Proficiency with agile delivery methodologies and practices
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in financial services
• Strong background in business analytics
• Personally motivated with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Professional Scrum Product Owner certification
