Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care and support veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and medical procedures
Perform anesthesia monitoring, including patient assessment, anesthetic monitoring, and perioperative care
Place IV catheters, administer injections and medications, and perform other licensed technical procedures
Assist with surgical procedures, including patient preparation, equipment setup, surgical support, and recovery
Perform and assist with dental procedures, including dental cleanings, dental radiographs, and dental charting
Monitor hospitalized patients, assess changes in condition, and communicate findings to the veterinary team
Perform and assist with radiology, laboratory diagnostics, and other in-house procedures while maintaining accurate medical records
About You
Active RVT license required, with strong clinical skills in anesthesia monitoring, patient care, dentistry, and technical procedures
Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and the ability to recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Compassionate, dependable, and accountable, with a strong commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, client-focused approach
Organized and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced veterinary hospital while continuing to grow clinically
