Registered Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Therapy

Summary:

• Duration: 14 Weeks
• Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 6:45 PM 7:15 AM

Responsibilities:

• Work during the Thanksgiving Holiday (11/25, 11/26 & 11/27) with RTO Blackout Dates: 09/13-09/19, 10/25-11/01, 11/22-11/28.
• Available to work 2 of the 3 holidays during the assignment.
• Float requirement includes Anschutz & Network of Care (North or South).
• Work 13 weekend shifts out of 26 (Saturday or Sunday).
• Company reserves the right to float or reassign personnel within their clinical competence in the Denver Metro area within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility.

Requirements:

• Education: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary.
• Travel Experience: Must have prior travel assignment experience.
• Licensure/Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pediatric ICU.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Neonatal ICU.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Pediatric Level 1 Trauma.
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP.
• No RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment.
• Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed.

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Pediatric ICU.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Neonatal ICU.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pediatric Level 1 Trauma.
