Join Indiana University Health Primary Care as an Ambulatory RN and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centered care within a collaborative outpatient clinic supporting 11 physicians. Responsibilities include patient triage, message pool management, care coordination, referrals, nurse visits, patient education, and chronic disease management to help improve long-term health outcomes. This full-time position offers a predictable Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) with no weekends, holidays, call responsibilities, or travel requirements. Qualifications:

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.

• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
