  • Floating between units: Yes
  • On-call requirement: Based on unit census
  • Weekend shifts: 5 shifts in a 6-week period
  • Block schedules: Not required
  • Patient ratios: 1:3-5
  • Special requirements: Pediatric experience preferred
  • 48-hour shifts: Not approved
