    Patient population can be anything from ER boarded pts, tele, med surg, etc. We are a team that floats to fill the needs in the institution.

    Nurse to patient ratio varies 1:4-6 depending on unit acuity

    Per Manager, clinician must have experience in the US, Canadian experience alone will not qualify and to please redirect

    Check with Manager before offering any 48 hr/week contracts.

    May include some charge responsibilties. The charge responsibilities would only apply on two very small units in the hospital. These units are typically staffed with just 1 2 RNs supported by LPNs and CNAs. On those units, the sole RN functions as the Charge Nurse. It isn t the same as leading a full size unit, but it does include core charge duties such as managing staffing needs, bed flow, and general coordination.

    Charge nurse experience is a requirement
