MUST HAVE EPIC & STROKE THROMBECTOMY EXPERIENCE - HARD STOP Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers not accepted Patient Population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: IR RN Ratio / Census: 4 Rooms; average daily census of 25 Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR Scrub Color: Provided by the facility RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: Every third weekend (no more than 2 per month) Floating: Within the facility/scope of practice as needed Call Requirements: Yes, call is rotated among the team Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving/Black Friday Christmas Eve/Christmas Day New Years Eve/New Years Day Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
