Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse in Modesto, CA.
Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMCU Location: Modesto, CA 95350 Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM Payrate: $68-$70/hour
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
Interpret patient data and respond to changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Manage patients requiring cardiac monitoring, drips, and post-ICU care
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
Document care accurately and in accordance with standards and policies
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied health professionals
Qualifications:
Current CA Registered Nurse license
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years experience
