Job Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing diverse customer relationships, and increasing market share within the designated region. This is a pivotal role for a commercially driven salesperson with a passion for achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Market Strategy: Analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and execute sales strategies to maximize market share.

• Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations with customers.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical staff, to provide seamless solutions for customers.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial equipment market

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

• Ability to travel within the assigned region when required.
