    Description

    We are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to lead an established, revenue-producing territory across Houston. This is not a build-from-nothing assignment: the incoming rep inherits an active book of business spanning private practices, surgical groups, ophthalmology and dental offices, hospital systems, and academic medical institutions. The mandate is to protect that base, deepen it, and expand into adjacent opportunities.

    Territory - Greater Houston metropolitan area and surrounding communities. Home-based, with daily field presence across the region.

    Overview

    • Full P&L accountability for an established account portfolio, with a mandate to grow it
    • Consistent in-person coverage of physicians, surgeons, ophthalmologists, dentists, hospital staff, and medical school faculty
    • Hands-on product demonstrations and clinical education delivered on site
    • Identification and capture of untapped revenue inside current accounts
    • Long-term relationships with clinical decision-makers, purchasing contacts, and department leadership
    • Company representation at industry conventions, trade shows, and medical conferences
    • Achievement of assigned territory quota

    Travel: Routine travel within the assigned territory, plus roughly four to six conferences and industry events annually.

    Requirements

    • COVID-19 vaccination, as required for hospital credentialing
    • Successful completion of a drug screen
    • Successful completion of a background check
    • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
