  • Regional Portfolio Expansion: Drive the acquisition of multi-site maintenance contracts across the Southeast, focusing on large-scale retail power centers and industrial logistics hubs.

  • Aggregated Solution Selling: Position the value of a single-source exterior provider to streamline client operations, reduce administrative tail, and provide uniform quality standards across geography.

  • Strategic Account Development: Build and maintain direct relationships with Regional Facility Managers and Directors of Construction within Tier-1 commercial real estate firms.

  • Revenue Yield Optimization: Architect bundled service packages that maximize "share of wallet" by integrating high-margin emergency services with seasonal recurring maintenance.

  • Competitive Market Analysis: Monitor regional competitors and pricing trends to ensure the organization maintains a dominant win-rate on high-value RFPs.

  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from sophisticated lead generation and site auditing to final contract negotiation and operational hand-off.
