Location: Home based / Field based in Houston
You’ll be selling custom built, fully automated bulk packaging, Vertical Form Fill Seal systems with an average order value of $2 million. Every deal is engineered, custom made, and operationally critical to your customer’s business.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll proactively own the full commercial lifecycle for your territory:
Developing and executing a strategic sales plan across Houston
Managing and growing key accounts while identifying new project opportunities
Leading complex, consultative sales processes from first conversation to contract signature
Conducting site surveys and working closely with customers to define technical and operational requirements
Writing and presenting detailed commercial proposals and forecasts
Negotiating with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, procurement, and leadership teams
Working cross functionally with engineering, project delivery, and service teams to ensure flawless execution
This is a field-based role with regular customer visits. You’ll manage your own diary, priorities, and pipeline like a professional.
What We’re Looking For:
Educated in Engineering at degree level or above: Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
Automation sales experience - within Packaging would be beneficial
An ambitious, hard working attitude.
Experience within hands on engineering roles will also be advantageous.
Clear and concise communication skills to ensure you can lead client projects.
