We are seeking an experienced Regional Safety Manager to lead Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives across our Southeast Region. This role is responsible for driving a culture of safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with operations leaders and field teams.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on safety professional who is passionate about protecting employees, identifying risks before incidents occur, and creating sustainable safety programs. Strong communication skills, training experience, project management expertise, and the ability to influence teams at all levels are critical to success in this role.

Work is performed in a combination of office, warehouse, distribution and field environments. This role requirestheabilitytowalkthroughoperationalfacilities,navigatewarehouseandproductionareas,climbstairs,andoccasionallytravelbetweenworklocations.
The position may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, crouching, and lifting or carrying materials weighing up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Employees must beabletowearpersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE)andsafelyaccessactiveworkenvironmentswhileconductinginspections,audits,investigations,andtrainingactivities.
Work also requires regular use of a computer and other office technology,includinginputting,retrieving,andanalyzinginformationwithinvarioussoftwaresystems.Extendedperiodsofsitting,computeruse,andcommunicationviaphoneorvideoconferencingmayberequired.
Compensation Range:
$90,000.00 - $135,000.00To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
