We support cardiac imaging programs nationwide, and we're looking for a seasoned leader to oversee clinical/technical start-ups and ongoing operations across the Southeast region.What You'll DoAs the Regional Director of Operations – Southeast, you'll be responsible for the smooth and efficient site preparation, customer start-ups, and ongoing operations for CDL's cardiac PET, PET/CT, and SPECT customers (mobile and fixed). You'll be the operational "quarterback" ensuring equipment readiness, clinical training, radiation safety, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction are executed at a high level.ResponsibilitiesLead new customer clinical/technical start-ups in partnership with the Vice President of Operations.Directly interface with hospital stakeholders (administrators, physicians, technologists, nurses), plus CDL sales/leadership, physicists, and equipment providers.Oversee equipment installation, calibration, upgrades, relocations, and vendor/OEM scheduling and coordination.Manage site preparation activities required for equipment installation and go-live readiness.Coordinate and support clinical training for staff and client physicians; maintain ongoing technologist competence.Support technical and operational needs tied to isotope/generator supply and imaging assets.Ensure ongoing operations run efficiently and teams are comfortable with all processes within the Cardiac PET lab environment.Partner closely with Clinical Account Managers and Project Managers to deliver operational objectives and resolve client issues.Ensure client personnel follow ALARA principles and support radiation program management/accreditation needs.Provide progress and issue updates to customers and internal leadership (weekly/monthly/as requested).Maintain CDL business and patient confidentiality and support quality/process improvement initiatives.QualificationsDegree in Nuclear Medicine (Preferred).Board certified by NMTCB and/or ARRT (Preferred).3–5 years of Director-level experience in Nuclear Cardiology / PET management (Required).Strong clinical/technical nuclear cardiac training capability plus excellent communication, organization, and relationship skills.Professionalism and poise in conflict, emergencies, and changing priorities.Willingness to travel to customer sites to oversee projects and operational execution.BenefitsCompetitive compensation.Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance.Short-Term Disability.Company-paid Long-Term Disability.Company-paid Life & AD&D Insurance.401(k) with company match.Paid Holidays & PTO.Training & professional development.Career advancement opportunities.Employee referral program.CDL Nuclear Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
