What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate will operate as a market leader and client strategist, not simply an opportunity manager. They will bring together client relationships, market intelligence and WSP''s technical capabilities to establish early positioning, focus investment on the right opportunities and convert relationships into sustainable growth.
They will also be comfortable working across organizational boundaries, bringing the right leaders and technical experts to clients and helping WSP present an integrated value proposition.
Why This Role Matters
Power Delivery represents a relationship-driven market where major opportunities are often shaped well before a formal procurement begins. This position is intended to strengthen that early client engagement and opportunity development while bringing greater strategic discipline to pursuit and capture. The underlying role profile identifies its impact as revenue growth, market expansion, client retention, backlog development and stronger competitive positioning.
