Compensation Range: $60,000 – $66,300 annually, commensurate with experience
The Recruitment Specialist is a full-cycle recruiting professional within the Housing Works People Operations team, responsible for supporting hiring efforts across multiple departments. This role partners closely with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, and external sourcing partners to attract, screen, and hire qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented recruiter with solid recruiting experience who is comfortable managing high-volume workflows, maintaining accurate data, and using Excel regularly to track recruitment activity and outcomes.
