The Recruiting Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the Firm's talent acquisition strategy, driving initiatives to attract and retain exceptional professionals who uphold the Firm's standards of excellence. This role provides strategic leadership to the recruiting team and serves as a trusted partner to Firm leadership and department stakeholders in advancing the organization's workforce growth and long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to identify, engage, and secure high-caliber business professionals throughout the organization.
  • Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for both exempt and non-exempt roles, encompassing candidate sourcing, interviews, selection decisions, offer negotiations, and new hire onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to evaluate staffing requirements and craft targeted recruitment approaches.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on hiring trends, market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and talent pool availability.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop recruiting staff while cultivating a cooperative, client-focused team culture.
  • Build and maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and workflows to evaluate program success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with filling niche and challenging roles while overseeing relationships with external staffing agencies and resources.
  • Create and drive internship and entry-level hiring programs to cultivate a pipeline of emerging talent.
  • Manage recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, regulatory compliance, and ongoing process enhancements.
  • Work closely with HR on offer approvals, pay equity, recruiting guidelines, and hiring compliance.
  • Handle vendor relationships, budget oversight, and allocation of talent acquisition resources.

 Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of recruiting leadership or talent acquisition management experience.
