    What You'll Do:

    Responsibilities 

    • Support recruiters with day-to-day recruiting coordination activities.
    • Manage and maintain all hourly job openings company-wide within assigned divisions.
    • Post, update, and remove job advertisements across recruiting platforms and internal systems.
    • Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate prescreening prior to recruiter review.
    • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
    • Build and maintain candidate pipelines, talent pools, and recruiting spreadsheets/databases.
    • Source and organize passive candidate leads for current and future hiring needs.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Process all internal offer letters for assigned divisions.
    • Provide administrative support for external offer letters.
    • Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation in coordination with local HR representatives.
    • Ensure recruiting documentation and candidate files remain organized and compliant.
    • Support recruiting reporting and tracking metrics as requested.
    • Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Provide general recruiting and administrative support to help improve recruiting efficiency and organization.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    What We're Looking For:

    Required Qualiifications

    • 0-2 years of related experience
    • 2-3 years of recruiting support, HR support, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
    • Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred; iCIMS experience highly preferred.
    • High school diploma or GED required. BS in Human Resources or equivalent field preferred.
    • If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Good ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Experience supporting recruiting teams in professional services, engineering, environmental consulting, or technical industries.
    • Experience building talent pipelines and candidate sourcing lists.
    • Familiarity with recruiting workflows and offer letter processes.
    • Ability to work effectively in teams, with clients, peers and subordinates, as well as independently.
