Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) Irving, TX 12-Month Contract | Full-Time | On-Site | $30-$35/hr

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume Talent Acquisition team responsible for recruiting salaried management and support professionals across the United States. This position is ideal for an organized, process-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional service to both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities between recruiters, sourcing teams, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Prepare and distribute interview details and candidate communications.
  • Coordinate offer letters, contracts, background screenings, and pre-employment activities.
  • Collect and manage onboarding documentation and new-hire paperwork.
  • Maintain candidate records and update applicant tracking systems and HR platforms.
  • Support recruitment compliance requirements and ensure hiring processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with job postings, reporting, data collection, and recruiting process improvements.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while supporting multiple stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established service-level expectations.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • High school diploma required; college degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large recruiting teams or delivery organizations.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Knowledge of recruiting compliance, hiring documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition, and business functions.

  • Working closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Helping maintain data accuracy and process efficiency across multiple recruiting systems.

Work Environment

  • On-site in Irving, TX
  • Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility on start/end times)
  • Collaborative, supportive team environment
  • No travel required
